The Dodgers have another double header today, as they continue on with their cactus league schedule. They might be spread a little thin, with several of their regulars gone to play in the World Baseball Classic. In spring training, the double headers are called split squad games. The Dodgers have a game in the afternoon against the Giants at Scottsdale Stadium, this afternoon, and another game tonight at home against the Reds.

The afternoon game against the Giants will not be televised, but the night game at Camelback Ranch will be web cast on the Dodgers.com site. Yesterday the Dodgers came from behind to tie the Rangers at 11-11. Outfielder Matt Angle who has no chance of even sniffing a major league roster, hit a game tying three run home run in the bottom of the ninth. To tell you the truth, most of the players in that game will never put on a major league uniform. The game featured mostly the minor leaguers, and non-roster guys.
Today, Lefty Ted Lily, recovering from the flu bug, will make the start for the Dodgers in the afternoon game at Scottsdale against the Giants. Rookie Matt Magill will follow Lilly. Barry Zito will counter Lilly for the evil Giants. Other reserves expected to see some time include, O’Koyea Dickson at first base, Rafael Ynoa, at second base, Matt Angle at center field, Rusty Ryal in right field, Nick Evans at third base, Chris Jacobs at DH, Joc Pederson in left field, Matt Wallach at catcher, and Miguel Rojas at shortstop. Here is the starting lineup for the afternoon game below.
