My Prediction Of The Dodger 25 Man Roster

I know it’s a bit early to make predictions. The club is about a week away from starting the exhibition season, and getting ready to start some intrasquad games in the next day or two. But it’s fun, and I figured why not? What will the 25-man roster look like this season? So let’s predict how the Dodger’s 25 man roster will look on opening day 2014.

Well, there’s your 25 man roster. Or my prediction of the 25 man roster. I think Beckett’s arm will crap out soon, and the Dodgers will go to Maholm for the number five-spot. Even though I still think that Stephen Fife is a better pitcher. The bullpen will see a couple of new faces with Chris Perez, and Wright. This is Wright’s second stint with the Dodgers.

The pitching staff has some changes to the backend, but the core will stay the same. The position player roster should see little change in the starting lineup, with the exception of second base. The bench will be almost completely different. We have no idea when or if Matt Kemp will return, so I placed him on the DL. Beckett’s arm should fall off by St. Patrick’s Day, and Billingsley is still recovering from Tommy John surgery.
