Happy Birthday Yasiel Puig

Yasiel Puig turned 24-years old on Sunday, and he celebrated with his son Diego.

Yasiel had a family party at his home on Sunday in Miami.

Yasiel had quite an exciting offseason so far which included a trip to Japan. A couple of days ago Puig’s MLB The Show cover was unveiled.

The Wild Horse has been one of the most exciting MLB players to watch since he debuted with the Dodgers on June 3, 2013. 35 bat flips and 23 outfield assists later, Puig has emerged as one of the best hitters and defensive players in the league.

Not only is Puig fun to watch on the field, but his charismatic personality is one-of-a-kind.

We celebrate all things Puig today. The bat flips, the awkward slides, the cannon arm and the heart of gold.

Let’s look back at some of Yasiel’s greatest moments. That arm…

I was waiting for Yasiel Puig to throw someone out at home from center field, and it was definitely worth the wait. Being that Brandon Belt was the out at home was especially sweet.

The iconic catch which robbed Freddie Freeman of extra bases was sensational.

The flare of his bat flip has flared up the anger from the masses, but for Dodger fans it lit the flames within their hearts. Puig may only be 24, but he has experienced more than most in his life. I am so excited to see what is to come from Number 66.

¡Feliz Cumpleaños!
