Howell makes the cut, as he is one of the best relievers on the team and is one of the better lefty relievers in the league. He’s given up the most hits/9 of his career, but his walk rate is also the lowest it’s ever been and he’s only given up one home run this season, which came in game one against the Nationals. Howell can work as a setup-man or a dominant LOOGY, and should be trusted to get the opponents best lefties in a tight spot.
