Tim Locastro

At the end of last season, Tim Locastro’s name surfaced for the first time and many wondered why.  The reason? Locastro can flat out fly and has the potential to be a late-game pinch runner who could put himself in scoring position for the Dodgers in the blink of an eye.

It’s only fitting that the Dodgers could have a base stealing specialist as the team is managed by Dave Roberts who has one of the most memorable stolen bases in postseason history.

Locastro is 15-17 in stolen base attempts this season in Triple-A and he stole as many as 41 bases in 2015.  Aside from being a prolific base stealer in the minor leagues, Locastro is capable of playing literally all over the diamond a la Kiké Hernandez.

Tim is having a solid season for the OKC Dodgers hitting .296 with a .833 OPS.  Locastro is one of the few locks who is all but guaranteed a September call-up.  Maybe 2018 is the year we see a memorable stolen base in the late innings from Tim Locastro.
