The Dodgers are once again back in the fall classic.  Although they were not able to win it last year, they are back, looking for a shot at redemption.  Who will be the hero?

Every October there seems to be one unlikely World Series hero.  Last year for the Astros it was Charlie Morton or Marwin Gonzalez.  Gonzalez tied the game off Kenley Jansen otherwise the Dodgers would have gone up 2-0.  Morton turned into a dominant pitcher and helped keep the Dodger offense at bay.  This year the Dodgers will be looking for an unlikely hero to step up and lead them to World Series glory.

The Dodgers could learn a thing or two just by looking at their manager Dave Roberts.  Roberts is a hero in Boston folklore for his stolen base that helped spark the Red Sox comeback series victory against their arch nemesis the New York Yankees.  The Dodgers will be looking for an unlikely hero to step up and help deliver their first World Series title in thirty years.  Who might this October’s hero be?
