Caleb Ferguson

The first thought that might come up is really? The reliever with an ERA close to six with the Dodgers this season, but it’s important to remember that Caleb was dealing with an injury this season.  There is no telling how long he had been pitching through it, knowing that the Dodgers are loaded with pitching talent and an IL stint could cost him a spot on the team.

Since returning from his side injury, Ferguson has been very good for the OKC Dodgers.  In seven innings, he has allowed no runs, two hits, and struck out thirteen batters.  It’s also important to remember his 2018 performance when he moved into the bullpen and became one of the Dodgers’ better relievers.  He has the stuff to be more than a lefty specialist and can pitch multiple innings like Julio Urias.
