In the next week or so the Dodgers will try to improve their bullpen.  Although Andrew Friedman will do everything he can to add relievers, it is no guarantee.

The next week will be a huge one for the Dodgers and Andrew Friedman.  Just about every playoff team is looking to bolster their bullpen with the one possible exception being the New York Yankees.  The Dodgers will be one of those teams looking for ways to improve the biggest Achilles heel on their team, the bullpen.

Saturday the Dodgers had a 6-0 lead after six innings with Clayton Kershaw on the mound. It should have been no problem for the club to close three innings against the Miami Marlins but it turned into a struggle just to win.  Although Friedman will do everything he can to improve the pen, it is no guarantee given some of the asking prices for relievers.

Here is what the Dodgers’ potential playoff bullpen looks like ahead of the trade deadline.
