Shohei Ohtani is throwing live bullpens, Hyeseong Kim is hitting bombs off of Yoshinobu Yamamoto, players are claiming to have lost ridiculous amounts of weight over the offseason or are talking about "slow playing" their ramp ups and talking about timelines. Dodgers spring training games kick off of Saturday, Feb. 21, and Yamamoto is expected to be on the mound against the Angels for the Cactus League opener. Freddie Freeman, Will Smith, Teoscar Hernández, and Andy Pages are all expected to be in that first lineup. Kyle Tucker will play on Sunday.

Dodgers 2026 spring training schedule and TV, radio broadcasts
SportsNet LA will have every Dodgers spring training game with only one exception: the Cubs side of a split-squad day on March 15 will live on Chicago's Marquee channel. Highlights include a March 4 showdown between the Dodgers and the World Baseball Classic's Team Mexico. Pool play begins that same day, and Kim will presumably be on a plane to Tokyo to represent Korea against the Czech Republic on March 5.
Tim Neverett and Rick Monday will be on the call for all spring games, but Stephen Nelson will appear as the play-by-play announcer for the Dodgers' annual Freeway Series exhibition to cap off the spring.
English-language radio will be available for 17 games, and Spanish-language announcers José Mota and Luis Cruz will be on KTNQ for eight matchups, including the opener.
