The Dodgers have one of the largest media markets in baseball, and that comes with a lot of perks. One of the biggest but maybe most underrated is the fact that the Dodgers got to avoid all of the drama of the Bally Sports Network crashout that rebranded them as FanDuel Sports Network and left a couple of teams' broadcasts homeless for a time this offseason.

But the vast majority of the Dodgers' games are faithfully broadcasted on SportsNet LA, and they're one of only a few teams that is airing every single spring training game.

Still, there are always a few hiccups, when national networks take over in a primetime spot to broadcast a big matchup. ESPN has Sunday Night Baseball (but soon won't, given the mess that's going down between the network and MLB), and Apple TV+ got in on the action a few seasons ago.

Apple released its first schedule of Friday Night Baseball games on Monday, covering the first half of the season. The Dodgers will be featured in three of them — first against the Phillies on April 4, then the Mets on May 23, and the Yankees just a week later on May 30.

Most of these Friday Night Baseball Games are notable interdivision matchups or, especially in the Dodgers' case, possible postseason previews. Of course, the Dodgers faced and beat both the Mets and the Yankees in the NLCS and World Series last year. They haven't seen the Phillies in October since 2009, but Philadelphia always has a shot at making the postseason.

That first game will kick off at 3:30 PM PST at Citizens Bank Park on April 4. The Mets will host the Dodgers during their matchup at 4:00 PM on May 23, and then the Dodgers will host the Yankees at 7:00 PM on May 30.

Apple TV+ subscriptions are available at $9.99/month after a 7-day free trial. If you don't have one already, these matchups are definitely good incentive to get one.
