The Los Angeles Dodgers have passed a potential playoff preview with flying colors so far, taking the first two of three from the Brewers. And now they'll go for the sweep.

Los Angeles has won 10 straight games, showcasing its World Series talent as the season hits its stretch run. The Dodgers will start trade deadline acquisition Lance Lynn against former Cy Young winner Corbin Burnes, who will hope to stop the bleeding for the NL Central-leading Brew Crew.

Here are the odds for Thursday's matchup:

Brewers vs. Dodgers prediction and pick

The Dodgers are on a tear, only behind the Braves in terms of OPS over the last 30 days, and now get to face an out-of-form Burnes, who has allowed seven earned runs in 11.2 innings pitched over his last two starts.

The Brewers offense is a far cry form the Dodgers. Milwaukee is 24th in OPS in the same timeframe and are completely toast in LA, losing by a combined score of 13-3 this week so far. Lynn has looked revitalized with the Dodgers after being dealt from the White Sox, posting a 2.00 ERA in three starts, and I see little reason not to trust him to roll again against the Brewers.

The Dodgers are the hottest team in MLB, and I don't see them slowing down.
