After Wednesday's game was suspended, frustrating Clayton Kershaw, the Los Angeles Dodgers will play nearly two full games in Cleveland to wrap up a series against the Guardians.

Arguably the hottest team in baseball, the Dodgers look to keep on the heels of the Atlanta Braves for the best record in the National League with a strong showing in Cleveland. Can Los Angeles keep it rolling on the road?

Here are the odds and our best bet:

Dodgers vs. Guardians odds, run line and total

Dodgers vs. Guardians prediction and pick

We are projecting a bit, given that the Dodgers and Guardians will finish their game from Wednesday that was rained out in the second inning, so lineups may be in flux.

Either way, I'm jumping on the Dodgers to take care of business at a cheap price.

The Guardians have been putrid at the plate this month, as the team has fallen out of the postseason race. They rank last in the big leagues in August in terms of OPS, and are hitting just .227 as a unit. Factor that against the Dodgers lineup that is top five in OPS this month, hitting .273 overall, and this team is in line for a series ending win.

The Guardians will start rookie Gavin Williams, who has impressed in 11 starts with the big league club this season, posting a 3.02 ERA. He could be in line for some harsh regression, though, given that his xERA is 4.18. Keep an eye on Williams' high walk rate, which is nearing four batters per nine innings.

The Dodgers have the highest walk rate in Major League Baseball this season. Take advantage of the discount on Los Angeles.
