Even though I was born and raised in Utah I spent my summers with my Grandpa T.R.at Dodger Stadium listening to Vin Scully on my transistor radio. My personal Dodger highlight came in 1977 as an 8 year old when my dad and I drove all night to L.A. to attend game 3 of the World Series. 1981 was sweet revenge when Rick Monday's HR shocked the Expos and "Fernando Mania" was in full effect as the Dodgers finally beat the Yankees in the World Series. 1988 was purely magical as Orel Hershiser dominated on the mound while Mike Scioscia's HR saved the Dodgers vs the Mets and of course Kirk Gibson hit one of the most dramatic HR's in World Series history. My favorite Dodgers are Jackie Robinson, Roy Campanella, Ron Cey, Mike Piazza, Eric Gagne` & Matt Kemp. I'm thrilled with the new ownership and how they have rebuilt the franchise the "Dodger Way." It's time to supplant that team up North as the kings of the NL West and get the World Series Trophy back to Chavez Ravine. Go Blue and don't ever forget the legendary words of Vin Scully "It's time for Dodger Baseball!"
