Los Angeles Dodgers fans will absolutely love and treasure the Nov. 4 front page of the L.A. Times sports section because it captures everything they’ve waited generations to see: a franchise that doesn’t just win, but one that sustains greatness, celebrates it, and invites the city along for the ride.
The L.A. Times sports front page has always been an unofficial time capsule of Southern California identity – from Showtime Lakers to Kobe tributes to USC titles. By giving the Dodgers’ World Series parade half the page, above the fold, the paper elevates them to that same civic pantheon. It tells fans: This is your team, your city’s heartbeat, your defining era.
In essence, it's a visual love letter to Los Angeles.

The image of double-decker buses rolling through downtown L.A. – players waving, confetti flying, fans lining the streets – is living, breathing proof of Los Angeles showing out for its baseball royalty. The L.A. Times framing it as the civic centerpiece of the morning news gives it the sense of scale and permanence fans crave.
Jack Harris’s headline, “KEEP THIS RIDE GOING," perfectly channels the mood of a fan base that’s seen heartbreak turn into dynasty. It’s not a one-year miracle or an underdog triumph; it’s the swagger of a club that expects to be here every October. The message that the Dodgers "vow to three-peat" strikes the ideal tone for fans: confident but earned, hungry but grateful.
This is the kind of front page fans will cut out, frame and remember decades later because it doesn’t just mark a championship. It marks the moment the Dodgers’ modern era cemented itself as a dynasty.
Dodgers News: L.A. releases 2026 spring training schedule
The Dodgers' quest for a three-peat officially begins in February, when they kick off their 32-game spring training schedule in their 18th season of Cactus League play in Arizona.
The Dodgers will play 15 of their 28 Cactus League games at Camelback Ranch in Glendale, including 14 as the designated home team and one as the visiting team against their co-tenants, the Chicago White Sox, on March 14. The Dodgers will also play a World Baseball Classic exhibition game vs. Team Mexico on March 4 at Camelback Ranch.
The Dodgers' preseason exhibition schedule will conclude with the Freeway Series, a three-game slate against the Los Angeles Angels from March 22-24. The series opener will be played at Angel Stadium, while Games 2 and 3 will be hosted at Dodger Stadium.
