A picture is worth a thousand words. After the Los Angeles Dodgers walked off the Philadelphia Phillies during Game 4 of the NLDS, the camera angle from the home team's dugout painted an absolutely brutal snapshot of Orion's Kerkering's utter despair following his error that allowed the winning-run to score on Thursday night at Dodger Stadium.
In life, you're bound to make mistakes. On occasion, those mistakes are magnified, and become blunders. If it's really, really bad, people might toss in a few expletives to describe just how careless the error really was. It's a good bet that the fans in Philly won't run out of obscenities any time soon after watching Kerkering literally throw the game away in the 11th inning.

Savage camera angle of Orion Kerkering adds to Phillies' misery after Dodgers' NLDS walk-off
Game 4 of the NLDS had plenty of drama, as both starting pitchers went deep into the ballgame and neither one even blinked until the seventh inning. An RBI double off the bat of Phillies outfielder Nick Castellanos put Philadelphia up 1-0, but the Dodgers countered in the bottom-half of the inning with a bases loaded walk courtesy of Mookie Betts.
The game went to extras — thanks in large part to the huge effort of Roki Sasaki during three innings of work out of the bullpen — and after LA thwarted Philly's attempts in the 10th and 11th innings, the Dodgers set up the game-winning moment thanks to timely hitting from Tommy Edman and Max Muncy.
Both players reached base, and Kerkering entered with two outs in the inning to face Kiké Hernandez. The veteran drew a six-pitch walk which setup the final at-bat of the game. Andy Pages' broken bat single bounced right back to Kerkering. The Phillies' reliever bobbled the ball, and rather than throwing to first base, he inexplicably sailed the ball over JT Realmuto's head at home plate and Hye-Seong Kim scored the winning run.
The Dodgers now await the winner of the Chicago Cubs-Milwaukee Brewers series finale. The Cubs forced a Game 5 back at American Family Field, and with the Dodgers' victory on Thursday night, LA now has three days to set their rotation for the upcoming NLCS.
